Bridie was the sitter this week, which was week 10 and also the end of term for the portrait class I have been running at the Royal Art Society in North Sydney

This weekend is the  Life Drawing & Painting Exhibition of the Blue Mountains Creative Arts Centre in Glenbrook held annually at the Glenbrook Theatre Hall,  open 9 am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday

here are some of photos from setting up, I have included  seven folders of drawings and paintings... nearly 300 works just  from the last year! I had some comments on the $20.00 price on the drawings... but I don't  do this for money, and the models are quite welcome to take the drawings of themselves.

The 2019 Hawkesbury Art Fair had its opening on Friday 13th September  at the Hawkesbury Regional Gallery. Deputy Mayor Mary Lyon Buckett officiated. The Exhibition consists artworks from local art groups and  I have 7 paintings on display as part of the Piggery Lane Studios. The Art Fair will run until October 13th and all artworks are for sale

week  8 of the RAS Portrait class

week 7 of the RAS Portrait class, we are continuing with the 1 & 3 minute short poses, followed by 20minute ones and resuming the same pose as  last week so that some can finish their oil paintings.
